Andrew Lee (NETL) is a Senior Engineer with KeyLogic Systems Inc. supporting the Process Systems Engineering Team at the National Energy Technology Laboratory. His main areas of expertise are modeling and optimization of processes involving multiphase flow including fluidization and gas-solids contacting, with a focus on applications in carbon capture and chemical looping combustion. He is co-lead of the Core IDAES Framework Engineering sub-task focusing on development of the core modeling libraries Andrew earned his PhD (2008) and BE (2003) in Chemical Engineering at James Cook University in Australia.
