Jean-Paul Watson is the lead of Optimal Planning of Electric Power Infrastructures subtask which is concerned with the development and analysis of decision models to identify and evaluation proposed changes in generation fleets and transmission infrastructures, subject to projected changes in demand and generation fleet mix.
